How cash pickup works
1. Choose pickup
Select cash pickup, enter where you’re sending and how much, then pick a collection point.
2. Share the reference
After you send, share the collection reference with your receiver so they know what to bring.
3. Collect with ID
Your receiver visits the chosen point with the collection reference and government-issued ID. Staff verify details before releasing the cash.
